About our New Orleans asphalt paving company

Nineteen years of laying hot mix in a city built on soft river mud, and I still love the smell of it in the morning. I run an asphalt paving crew out of New Orleans, and we work Metairie, Kenner, Harahan, Gretna, Chalmette, Belle Chasse and out to Slidell when the job is worth the drive.

I like this trade. Nineteen years in and I still walk the finished job twice before I leave.

You know the driveway I mean. Gray, alligator cracked, a low spot by the garage that holds water for three days after a hard rain and grass coming up through the middle of it.

Two days later it's one dark quiet sheet that drains toward the street, and the mailman stops walking around the puddle out of habit.

We do everything from a single sunken apron patch to a full parking lot tear out and rebuild, including milling, overlays, base repair, striping and sealcoating.

I'm not the cheapest quote you'll get, and that's deliberate. Our subgrade gets compacted and proof rolled before a single ton goes down, because in this soil a beautiful surface over a soft base is cracked again by the second summer.

We also handle commercial lots for landlords and property managers, phased over weekends so your tenants keep their spaces.
